Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina
Vision: This client built their house in the early 2000s and really wanted an updated look throughout their home. The vision was modern with clean lines and a touch of warmth.
Project: This project consisted of: Ripping all the tile out of the main floor, stripping the existing hardwoods, weaving new hardwoods in throughout the entryway and living room, re-staining all hardwoods to match, and adding new tile throughout the kitchen. We also added cabinet modifications throughout the kitchen to function better for the clients, including bringing the cabinet trim all the way to ceiling and adding a custom coffee bar to the fridge side, custom shelving in the pantry and more. This kitchen also got new quartzite countertops, fixtures, hardware, backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and of course paint throughout the kitchen, main floor, and staircase to upgrade and freshen up the space. Two front rooms got fun wallpaper to separate the spaces and give them personality while the fireplace also got a facelift by removing the dated mantle and granite to add a matching quartzite surround and a custom mantle.
Timeline: Not including design, the construction process of this project took about 2 months to complete.
